Week 18 - Jan 30

Students will complete any unfinished STAR reading assessments.

Third through sixth grade students will do the SBAC practice test, either in the classroom or in the lab. This is helping the District test out the network capacity and familiarizing students with the format.

Ms. Link's class will finish illustrating their winter poems.

Week 16 - Jan 16

Kindergarten classes come to the lab this week. They will do the STAR early phonics assessment.

Ms. Cason's class will do reading activities in Starfall.
Mrs. Link's class will finish typing their winter poems and start their illustrations.
Mr. Baum's class will work on their vocabulary sentences and their country powerpoints.
Ms. Nichols' class will do fraction activities in Harcourt Math.

Mr. Aiken's and Ms. Gray's classes will do an internet scavenger hunt about presidential inaugurations.
Ms. Nel's class will do math practice in Harcourt.
Ms. Billings',  Ms. Hilton's, and Ms. Koenig's classes will do punctuation edits in Sentence Surgeon.

Ms. Malone's, Ms. Ruff's, and Mrs. McKnight's classes will start the STAR reading assessments.

Week 14 - Jan 3

Happy New Year!

Kindergarten classes come to the lab this week. They will read stories in Starfall with the short A sound.

Ms. Cason's class will do phonics activities in Starfall.
Ms. Link's class will do practice capitalization and punctuation in Sentence Surgeon.
Ms. Hilton's and Ms. Billng's classes will practice regrouping in AAAMath.
Mrs. McKnight's class will study landforms.

Mr. Baum's class will do word processing with their vocabulary words.
Mr. O'Connors' class will work on their health project.
Ms. Malone's and Ms. Tobin's classes will work on their writing projects.
